Orders & Download

How will I receive my digital guide or journal after purchase?

Once your order is complete, you will receive an email with a link to download your file immediately. You can also access your digital products through your customer account, if you created one at checkout.

Can I print my digital product?

Yes. All digital journals and guides are formatted for easy home printing or uploading to a printing service such as FedEx or Staples. You may also use them in note-taking apps like GoodNotes or Notability.

Shipping & Fulfillment

How are physical items shipped?

Our physical products are printed and fulfilled through trusted print-on-demand partners. Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Shipping times may vary based on your location.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship internationally. Delivery times and customs fees may vary depending on your country and local regulations.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of eligible physical items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and returned in their original packaging. A flat-rate return shipping fee of $4.99 and a 15% restocking fee will apply. Approved returns are issued as store credit only. Final sale items are not returnable.

How do I start a return?

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not process direct exchanges. If you'd like to make an exchange, please submit a return for store credit and place a new order for the item you want.

Digital Product Policy

What file format will I receive?

All digital products are delivered as PDF files. Some products may also include a Canva template link, which will be noted in the product description.

Can I use my digital product on my iPad or tablet?

Yes! Our digital products are fully compatible with note-taking apps like GoodNotes, Notability, and Goodnotes 5. Simply download your PDF and import it directly into your preferred app.

What if my download link expires?

Download links are valid for 30 days and up to 5 download attempts. If your link has expired, email us at support@yoursoftlifeedit.com with your order number and we'll resend it within 1–2 business days.

Do you offer bundles or discounts?

Yes! We offer curated bundles at a discounted rate. Visit our collections page to shop current bundle offers, or join The Glow List for exclusive subscriber-only discounts and early access to new releases.

Is there a membership or community I can join?

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?

We’re here to help. Please email returns@yoursoftlifeedit.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
